He is a soft spoken gentlemen who makes you feel totally, completely at ease with the whole process by first meeting with you, your wife, and your child, explaining what happens and what to expect, and planning the ceremony portion and where and how you can include and honor your family. He then comes back a few days later to make sure everything is in order and make sure your son is doing fine (which he is! he barely cried during the circumcision and has been his adorable self ever since!).
